Hull the strawberries and cut them in half
Pit the strawberries, mix with water, and strain through a fine-mesh sieve
Add sugar to the mixture and stir well
Cut the strawberries into thin strips and place them in a 25 cm diameter bowl
Combine the reserved liquid and put it in a baking dish at high heat for 10 minutes
Remove from oven and transfer the strawberry mixture, without the liquid, to a bowl
Add yogurt and lime zest to the mixture and stir well
Distribute among six portions and top each with a strawberry strip
Refrigerate for about an hour
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve
