Beat the whites with 2/4 cup powdered sugar until they thicken and turn pale yellow
Then, add the fruit juices and rum slowly
Heat it in a water bath and beat until the mixture thickens
Let it cool slightly
Beat the egg whites until fluffy and fold them into the remaining powdered sugar and vanilla extract
Add to the previous mixture and serve in cups, topping each one with 2 cookies
Let it chill for 4 hours.
