Place the cashews in a baking dish and bake in a medium oven for 10 minutes
Stir occasionally, remove from the oven and let cool
Pulse the cashews with the biscotti or process until they form a fine powder
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the butter
While stirring, gradually add the condensed milk and salt
Turn the dough into a greased pie plate
Smooth the surface with a damp spatula, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours
The next day, cut the pastry into rectangles and serve.
