1/2 cup of butter, softened
1/4 cup of sugar
1 cup of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
2 tablespoons of sugar
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/2 cup of strawberry jelly
2/3 cup of orange juice
1 large can of pâssarão in gravy
Crust
Whisk together the butter and sugar until smooth. Add the flour and mix well. Roll out the dough to a 9-inch diameter circle. Pierce the crust with a fork and bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.

Filling
Mix together the cornstarch, sugar, and nutmeg
Cook until thickened, then stir in the orange juice and strawberry jelly
Let it cool slightly
Cut the pâssarão into slices and arrange them on top of the baked crust (spread with the filling mixture) and drizzle the remaining filling over the top
Chill in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours before serving with whipped cream.
