Beat the egg whites until frothy, gradually add the sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form
Combine the orange juice with the heavy cream that's been chilled (if using canned, discard the liquid), stir in the grated orange zest and milk
Finally, gently fold in the beaten egg whites
Refrigerate until set.
