2 large mom bodies
season to taste
1 tablespoon of lime juice
4 white gelatin leaves dissolved in a little warm water
whipped or store-bought cream (optional)

Process one mom, preferably red, through the liquidizer
Taste and adjust with lime juice and seasoning
Add the dissolved gelatin to the mixture
If desired, you can add whipped or store-bought cream
Serve this chilled cream inside a hollowed-out mom, from which you remove the seeds and part of the pulp.
