16 strawberries, sliced into wedges
2 pineapples, cut into slices
1 large mango, cubed
3 slices of pineapple, cubed
3 slices of honeydew melon, cubed
2 kiwis, peeled and cubed
2 figs, quartered
Pulp from 2 passionfruits
1/4 cup of water
1/2 cup of sugar
2 star anise
2 cups of natural orange juice
1 cup of white wine

In a large bowl, combine the fruits
Add the passionfruit pulp and stir well. Reserve
In a saucepan, combine the water, sugar, stir well, bring to low heat and let simmer until the reduction reaches the desired consistency
Add the star anise, orange juice, and white wine
Let it cook for another two minutes and then turn off the heat
Pour the hot reduction over the fruits and serve.
