150 g of Muscatel or Italia strawberries

Wash and dry the strawberries
If using Italia strawberries, cut them in half and remove the seeds
White Fudge
In a saucepan combine condensed milk, butter, heavy cream, and flour dissolved in milk
Simmer over low heat and stir until thickened
Set aside
Ganache
In a saucepan heat heavy cream until boiling, then remove from heat
Add white chocolate chips and stir until melted
In individual servings place a layer of strawberries, a layer of white fudge, and top with Ganache.
