1 can of sweetened condensed milk
250g dark chocolate chips
3/4 cup of rum
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 cup of crushed chocolate cookies
White chocolate shavings to taste

Bring the sweetened condensed milk to a simmer

Remove from heat and stir in the dark chocolate until smooth

Add the rum and mix well

Beat the egg whites until stiff, then gradually add the cornstarch

Fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture gently

Wrap the crushed cookies in the mousse and portion into individual servings
Refrigerate for 1 hour

Just before serving, sprinkle white chocolate shavings on top.
