In a saucepan, combine the water and, once boiling, add the cornstarch
Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it becomes transparent
Add the sugar and grape juice
Mix well and turn off the heat
Add the chopped green apple and pineapple
Stir well
Transfer to a bowl, let it cool, and refrigerate
Decorate with fresh fruits.
