For the cream
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon of honey
1 cup of fresh whipped cream
For the fruit salad
1 mango sliced into large pieces
2 oranges cut into wedges
1 and 1/4 cups of green grapes (Italy), seedless, halved (250g)
1 and 1/4 cups of red grapes (ruby), seedless, halved (250g)
Half an avocado cut into chunks
