2 tablespoons (soup spoon) of black raisins

Juice from half a lime
2 tablespoons (soup spoon) of black raisins
1 Dissolve the gelatin according to the package instructions
Cut the watermelon in half, remove the pulp and prepare a juice (1250 ml)
Set aside the rind
2 In a bowl, mix together the watermelon juice, lime juice, and dissolved gelatin
3 Add the raisins and pour into the watermelon rind
Refrigerate until firm
At serving time, cut into slices.
