Mix the egg yolks with the light cornstarch until smooth and fluffy
Set aside
Combine 1/2 cup of skim milk with the cornstarch in a bowl
Mix well
Add the remaining skim milk and the egg yolk mixture, mixing until uniform
Place the lime peel in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens
Remove the lime peel and let cool
Cube the fruits and distribute them into individual serving dishes
Cover with the baked cream and sprinkle with cornstarch
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown
Decorate with fruits and serve warm.
