A large spoonful of unsalted gelatin

Half a liter of burgundy wine
Four tablespoons of granulated sugar
One tablespoon of lemon juice
Strawberries or Raspberries

Soak the gelatin in water
Heat the wine with sugar over low heat, until the sugar is dissolved
Remove from heat when warm but not hot
Add the softened gelatin and lemon juice
Mix well
Let it cool to a slightly gelatinous state (just enough for the fruits not to sink)
Cut strawberries or raspberries and place on top of the gelatin
Pour a little more of the liquid over the fruit, then refrigerate until firm
Serve chilled
Top with whipped cream.
