1 Peel the mangos and cut them into pieces. Reserve
2 Strain the passionfruit pulp through a sieve
3 Blend the mango with the passionfruit pulp in a blender to obtain a smooth cream
4 Chill in the refrigerator until serving time
Portion into four cups and garnish with mango slices with their skins.
