Directions

Pour the boiling water over the gelatin in a large bowl

Mix until the gelatin dissolves

Add the ice cubes and mix until the gelatin cools

Remove any unmelted ice

Add the yogurt and blend with an electric mixer until smooth

Pour into cups or a mold and refrigerate until firm

Serve chilled.
