In a blender, mix the heavy cream, whole milk, hazelnuts, shredded coconut, and sugar until smooth

Pour into individual serving cups and refrigerate until chilled
When serving, place a generous spoonful of raspberry sauce over each cup and garnish with additional hazelnuts.
