500 ml of vanilla or cream ice cream
6 tablespoons of cassis cream 2 medium papayas

Cut the papayas in half, remove the seeds and peel
Cut into cubes
Add to a blender and blend quickly
Add the ice cream and blend until thick and creamy
Distribute among six servings
Dress each serving with one tablespoon of cassis cream and serve immediately.
