1 tablespoon of orange liqueur
5 envelopes of powdered sugar

Dissolve the gelatin in 1/4 cup of orange juice and warm it in a bain-marie
Blend all the remaining ingredients, except for the whipped egg white which should be folded in at the end
Serve over puddings and cakes.
