1 kg of manioc
1 1/2 cups (scant) of water
1 cup (scant) of sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

Cut the manioc into chunks, peel and cook it in enough water to cover it until it's tender
In a saucepan, combine the water, sweetened condensed milk, and eggs
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until the point of boiling
Remove from heat and transfer the cream to a bowl
Gradually pass the drained manioc through a processor along with some cream and beat until smooth
Place in a bowl and repeat the operation until all the manioc and cream are used up
Add vanilla extract and mix well
Cover and refrigerate.
