2 eggs
1 tablespoon of gelatin powder
1/4 cup of cold water
1/2 cup of sugar
2 cups of pineapple juice
1 pinch of salt
1 cup of whipped cream

1 cup of whipped cream
Soak the gelatin in cold water
Whisk together the eggs, sugar, pineapple juice, and salt
Heat slowly over low heat until thickened slightly
Add the softened gelatin
Stir until dissolved
Pour half of this mixture into a mold
Chill in the refrigerator
Also chill the remaining gelatin mixture until firm
Add the whipped cream to it then
Place the mixture on top of the previous layer in the mold
Chill in the refrigerator until firm
Serve chilled, 4 portions.
