Soak the gelatin in cold water, dissolve it in hot water, and add the sugar
Combine the orange juice, zest, and pulp
Place in the refrigerator until it begins to thicken, then fold in the egg whites beaten until stiff and firm
Finally, add the whipped cream
Scoop into serving dishes
Refrigerate until firm
If desired, garnish with a maraschino cherry.
