1 cup of fresh whipped cream

Mix the raspberries, egg whites, sugar, and lime juice in a bowl until the mixture is light and foamy
Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the raspberry mixture
You can also use canned whipped cream without the serum
Pour into individual serving cups and refrigerate at the time of serving.
