4 bananas
400g of puff pastry to roll with (available at supermarkets)
1 egg yolk
4 tablespoons of water
4 bananas
400g of puff pastry to roll with (available at supermarkets)
1 egg yolk
4 tablespoons of water
Unfold the puff pastry and cut it into four equal triangles
Peel the bananas and place one on each triangle point
Roll the puff pastry around the banana, like a croissant
Arrange in a baking dish and reserve
Dissolve the egg yolk in water and brush the tops
Bake until golden brown
Serve with honey
