1/3 cup of toasted sesame seeds

Mix all the ingredients, except for the sesame seeds
Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired, adding more hot sauce if needed
Shape croquettes using 1 tablespoon of the mixture per each
Refrigerate for 1 hour
Dip the croquettes in sesame seeds while still cold
Serve as a snack
Yield approximately 56 croquettes.
