Butter for greasing
1 pineapple, peeled and cut into 3 cm cubes
For the sauce
1 cup soy sauce (shoyu)
4 capsules of cardamom
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
White sesame seeds and sweetgrass for decoration

In a large greased skillet, grill the pineapple and reserve
Prepare the sauce
In a pot, combine all ingredients over medium heat until it simmers
Lower the heat and cook for 10 minutes or until the sauce thickens
Let it cool down
Dip the pineapple cubes in this sauce
Sprinkle half of them with sesame seeds and the rest with sweetgrass
Arrange on a platter, skewer with toothpicks and serve.
