1/2 kg of pizza dough (previous batch)
60 g of ricotta or creamy cheese
120 g of cooked or raw prosciutto, finely chopped
to taste: black pepper
1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese
oil or fat for frying

Unroll the dough to a thickness of approximately 1/2 cm
Mix in ricotta or creamy cheese, chopped prosciutto, black pepper, and grated Parmesan
Spread over the dough
Cut into squares of approximately 5 cm
Fold in half, dampen the edges, and seal well
Heat the oil well and fry the pizzas until they're nicely golden brown
Drain on paper and serve immediately.
