Dough
2 cups (about 1 cup and 3/4) of wheat flour
2 tablespoons of butter
3 cups (about 2 and 3/4) of all-purpose flour
1 cup of milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of active dry yeast
300g of mixed red fruits (strawberries, cherries, raspberries)
Cereal
1 and 1/2 cups of butter
2 cups of wheat flour
2 cups of all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
Dough

Make the cereal: blend the ingredients in a blender to form a thick cereal. Reserve
Dough: mix the wheat flour with the butter and add the all-purpose flour
Add the milk and egg yolks and blend again
Gently fold in the beaten egg whites and active dry yeast and pour into a greased and floured baking dish
Spread the red fruits and cover with the cereal
Bake in a medium oven until, when pierced with a toothpick, it comes out clean.
