4 green corn ears
1/2 cup of skimmed milk
10 packets of baking powder
Cinnamon to taste for sprinkling

Using a knife, cut the kernels from the green corn and blend them with the milk in a blender
Strain the mixture through a sieve, place it in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring well, until thickened
If necessary, add a little more milk
Remove from heat, mix in baking powder, and serve
Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste; let cool and serve.
