Mash the yeast with the milk
Place the egg, yolks, sugar, heavy cream, melted butter, dissolved yeast, and salt in a bowl
Mix well
If necessary, add more milk to obtain a soft dough
Heat oil in a deep frying pan
Put the dough into a piping bag with a smooth tip
Hold the hand at a certain distance from the pan and squeeze the piping bag over the oil to form thin strands of dough
Fry them slowly until they are golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per batch
Remove them with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels
Dust with confectioner's sugar
