11 cups of ground green corn

Blend the green corn in a blender or food processor with a little bit of milk
Mix it over a strainer and add the remaining milk, stirring always with a spoon or by hand
Squeeze well
Put the resulting liquid into a pot and add sugar and salt
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens
Add coconut milk slowly
Continue cooking without stopping until the mixture comes off the bottom of the pot and shines
Add butter, mix well, and pour into a refrigerator-safe dish
Serve warm or cold
Chill for 30 minutes.
