500 g of pumpkin, cut into cubes and cooked

1 small bottle of coconut milk
4 cups of milk
1/2 cup (ch) of sugar
1 tablespoon of salt
1/2 cup (ch) plus 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
4 tablespoons of butter
Cinnamon to taste for dusting

1 In a blender, beat the pumpkin, coconut milk, half of the milk, sugar, salt, cornstarch, and butter
2 Pour into a saucepan, bring to low heat, and cook until thickened, stirring so it doesn't stick to the bottom
3 Transfer to a refrigerator and let cool
Dust with cinnamon and refrigerate to set.
