1/2 pound of black dates, type camping or another date without cutting
2 tablespoons of almond flour
3 cups of milk
2 teaspoons (tablespoon) of ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon (tablespoon) of grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon (tablespoon) of ground cloves
1 tablespoon of brandy or rum
100g of white grapes, seedless
100g of black plums, cut into pieces
200g of crystallized fruits, cut into pieces

1 teaspoon (tablespoon) of grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon (tablespoon) of ground cloves
1 tablespoon of brandy or rum
100g of white grapes, seedless
100g of black plums, cut into pieces
200g of crystallized fruits, cut into pieces
Dissolve the almond flour in boiling milk
Place the cut dates in slices on a plate
Pour the milk with almond flour over the dates
Add the remaining ingredients and let it sit in the refrigerator for a day or two
On the next day, remove from the refrigerator 1 hour before baking and add the following ingredients:
1 cup of strong black coffee, chilled
100g of chopped nuts
100g of softened butter
1 medium-sized grated coconut
Mix everything well and put it in a hollowed-out mold greased with butter
Bake in a hot oven, approximately 1 hour
Let it cool
Remove from the mold and store in the refrigerator
Serve chilled slices with the following sauce:
1/2 liter of milk
150g of almond flour
5 egg yolks
2 tablespoons (teaspoon) of brandy or rum
Heat the milk with almond flour over low heat
Let it simmer and remove from the heat
Add the egg yolks passed through a sieve, stirring well to prevent curdling
Simmer over low heat, stirring until slightly thickened but not boiling again
Remove from the heat and add the beverage
Let it cool completely.
