1 cup honey
1 cup whole milk

Glaze
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
4 cups whole milk
Mixture

Mixture: Combine the flour, baking soda, and yeast
Set aside
Beat the remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth
Gradually add the dry mixture and mix well after each addition
Bake in a greased and floured cake pan in a preheated medium oven
Make the glaze: Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan
Bring to a simmer for 3-5 minutes
Remove the cake from the oven and spread the glaze over it while still warm
Let cool completely before cutting into pieces
Serve at room temperature.
