In a blender, blend grapefruit with half the water, strain it through a sieve and add condensed milk
Fry the remaining water in a pot and dissolve the gelatin
Blend lightly the gelatin mixture and the condensed milk mixture in a blender
Pour into the mold and refrigerate for four hours

In a pan, heat all the ingredients of the syrup, stirring until thickened. Reserve
Unmold the pudding and serve with the syrup
