In a large bowl, dissolve the gelatin in boiling water
Combine the lemon zest, lemon juice, and cold water
Place it in the refrigerator until it thickens slightly
Add the egg whites without beating and whip with an electric mixer until the mixture is light and fluffy
Pour into 8 molds of 150 ml capacity
Place in the refrigerator until firm
Unmold and top each gelatin with 1/2 teaspoon of low-calorie strawberry gelatin
Serve.
