Sift together the flour, salt, and yeast
Beat the egg yolks and add the milk and melted butter
Add the sifted flour and beat until the mixture is smooth
Add the beaten egg whites and mix carefully
Pour onto a waffle iron and bake for 10 to 15 minutes
Yield: 4 waffles.
