1/2 cup of milk
1 can of cream of cheese
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
100g of Provolone cheese
100g of Plate cheese
100g of Minas cheese
100g of Mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
3 eggs
1/2 cup of cake flour
2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup of milk
1 can of cream of cheese
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup of cake flour
2 tablespoons of butter
Cut the cheeses into small cubes and place them in a blender
Add the eggs, cream of cheese, and Parmesan cheese to the blender
Dissolve the cornstarch in milk and pour it into the blender
Blend the mixture until it becomes homogeneous
If necessary, add more milk and blend everything until it has a creamy consistency
Pour the mixture into a saucepan and let it cook over low heat for 20 minutes
Stir constantly to prevent the mixture from sticking together
Grease the mold with butter and cake flour
Place the cream in the mold and bake it in the oven for 40 minutes.
