Mix the olive oil, milk, eggs, cornstarch, flour, grated cheese, ricotta cheese, salt, and yeast in a blender until smooth
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured 25cm-diameter tart pan
Distribute the ham, mozzarella, and tomato slices
Sprinkle with salt, oregano, and drizzle with olive oil to taste
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
