In a 10cm x 20.5cm deep dish, combine the shrimp, salt, lime juice, onion, and tomato
Cover and microwave at high power for 10 minutes or until the tomato and onion are tender
Blend in a blender with the vegetable broth until smooth
Reserve some whole shrimp for garnish
Return to the refrigerator, add the heavy cream and mustard, and stir
Cover and microwave at high power for 1 minute
