4 medium beef tenderloin steaks
1 can of prosciutto
4 thin slices of mozzarella cheese
1 cup of beef broth
Parmesan cheese, grated
4 medium beef tenderloin steaks

Pound the beef steaks well and season to taste
Fry quickly on both sides
Spread prosciutto over the beef, then place a slice of cheese on each
Roll up the beef
Place in a greased baking dish
Add the broth and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to taste
Bake in a hot oven for 20 or 25 minutes
Serve in 4 portions.
