Cut the meat into cubes and season with salt and black pepper
In a Dutch oven, heat the olive oil, add the onion and ground beef, and fry until browned
Add the bay leaf and beer, close the lid, and cook for 30 minutes after it starts to simmer
Add the cooked white beans and stir well
Check the seasoning and add salt and black pepper if necessary
Serves 4-6 people.
