2 kg of boneless chicken pieces

Mix the crumb mixture with salt and paprika in a flat dish
Pour the olive oil into another dish
Dip the chicken pieces first in the olive oil and then in the crumbs
Check if they are well coated
Arrange the pieces in a single layer in a large, ungreased baking dish
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 1 hour, or until they are tender and golden brown.
