Cut the cheese into sticks of 2 cm x 4 cm
In a shallow dish, mix well all-purpose flour with red pepper flakes
In one bowl, place the lightly beaten eggs and in another, the cake flour
Dip each stick into the egg, then coat in flour, followed by the egg again, and finally in cake flour, pressing gently to ensure the coating adheres to the cheese
Arrange the sticks on a baking sheet or refrigerator-lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes
In a large frying pan, heat the oil well
Fry the coated sticks until golden brown
Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
