Pasta
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of vegetable broth
1 tablespoon of butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup of all-purpose flour
Filling
4 Italian sausage links, chopped
100g ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
To coat
1 beaten egg
1 cup of breadcrumbs

Pasta
In a pot, combine the milk, vegetable broth, butter, salt, and pepper
Bring to a boil and then add the flour, stirring quickly until it forms a ball at the bottom of the pot
Remove from heat and let cool
Filling
In a blender, blend together the sausage, ricotta cheese, milk, and parsley
Season with salt and pepper
Stuff the pasta with the filling
Dip in beaten egg and then coat in breadcrumbs
Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
