Directions

Cut the potato, sausage, and tomato into thin slices

Place the potato in the refrigerator, add the butter, half of the salt, black pepper, heavy cream, bacon, and mix well

Cook in the microwave on high for about 8 minutes

Remove from the microwave

Spread the sausage and tomato slices on top and sprinkle with oregano and remaining salt

Heat in the microwave on high for about 7 minutes

Garnish with tomato slices, fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
