3 eggplants

Cut the eggplants into 5cm long slices
Make longitudinal cuts in these slices
Dice the red bell pepper
In a pan, sauté the garlic, then add the ground beef and cook
Next, add the eggplant, diced red bell pepper, and continue cooking
Season with the remaining ingredients
When everything is cooked, add the cornstarch dissolved in water and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
