2 teaspoons of salt

Melt the butter or margarine in a 38 x 26 x 2 1/2 cm baking dish or similar size
Place the sweet potatoes in a single layer; flip them once to ensure they're covered with the butter
Mix the remaining ingredients and sprinkle over the sweet potatoes
Bake for 30 minutes or until the sweet potato is cooked and the top is crispy
Serve hot.
