4 hard-boiled eggs
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup of cooked prosciutto, finely chopped

Cut the eggs in half lengthwise
Gently remove the yolks without breaking the whites
Mash the yolks with mayonnaise and prosciutto
If the mixture is too dry, add more mayonnaise
Add Worcestershire sauce
Stuff the egg whites with this mixture
Serve two halves per person on a bed of lettuce.
