1 1/4 cup of water

1/2 cup of dried dates, cut into thin slices (110 g)
1/2 cup of black currants, seedless and cut into thin slices (110 g)
1/2 cup of apricots, seedless and cut into thin slices (80 g)
1/2 cup of pistachios without shells (85 g)
1 1/4 cup of instant cuscuz (250 g)
1 tablespoon of butter

In a medium saucepan, bring the water, olive oil, salt, dried fruits, and pistachios to a boil over high heat for 2 minutes
Remove, add the cuscuz, and let it hydrate for 2 minutes
Add the butter and simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spoon to separate the grains until they become soft
Remove and let it cool
Serve at room temperature
